Croatia Trip Deposit

September 1st to 8th, 2021

We invite you to join the Tiny Atlas community this September for a sun-drenched late summer trip to Croatia’s Adriatic Coast. The world renowned Dalmatian coastline has hundreds of islets and islands to explore covered by forests and vineyards. They’re dotted with fortresses and charming stone towns all surrounded by the clear waters of the Adriatic. While this is not a “photography trip” per se, there will be plenty of image makers on the trip, and excursions will be optimized for great light. Anyone looking to up their photography game, in addition to having a new portfolio when you leave, you will have Tiny Atlas founder Emily Nathan available with tips and pointers along the way. If you are not a photographer or feel like putting your phone away for the week, simply enjoy the trip! There will likely be a lot of nice photos available for you from your new friends.

We will begin and end our journey in the immaculately preserved town of Dubrovnik. From there we will head to the islands via ferry and sail. We will visit pristine national parklands for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, and crystal clear stone beaches tucked behind stone cliffs, all the while staying in boutique hotels, coastal villas and eating in both local restaurants and on our own terraces. Standout meals will be prepared by chef Eden Batki. 

TRIP HIGHLIGHTS

• Begin and end the trip in Dubrovnik 
• Some meals in villas will be led by chef Eden Batki with a focus on fresh local ingredients from the islands’ farms and local catch
• Excursion to Mljet National Park
• Visits and/or stays on the islands of: Vis, Hvar and Korcula 
• SUP, sail, snorkeling, and of course swimming
• Coastal Ferries 
• Visit to a local winery
• Experience Croatian cooking with a local chef
• Beachside evening meal/s

RSVP as soon as possible to guarantee your spot. Spots are maxed out at 14 guests

Rooms are single or double (if you want to share with a friend but book separately just let us know and we will put you together). Shared with a friend or partner or someone from the trip of same gender if possible. Solo if necessary.

Cost to reserve

$1000 non-refundable deposit per person*

$3000 total cost per person for 7 nights and 8 days includes lodging, meals and activities

Expect to bring spending money for personal shopping, guide gratuities, and drinks outside of group meals

*If you have to cancel suddenly we will make every effort to find a new traveler to take your place and refund your deposit

Travel to and from Dubrovnik not included

Second and final payment of $2000 will be due June 15th via a link we will send you

All travelers will need proof of a European Union accepted Covid-19 vaccination and a valid passport before departure. Tiny Atlas will supply all guests with required Croatian proof of accommodation forms for entry into the country or any similar documentation requirements Croatia may present us before our arrival.

Covid Cancellation Policy

In the event of trip date changes or cancellations due to covid-19 the deposit will be transferred for a new rescheduled date. If any guest is unavailable for the rescheduled dates they forfeit their deposit, but the balance will be reimbursed. Guests will be provided with and required to sign a contract agreeing to the above.
